SPRING BREAK CAMP 2013 – March 4 to March 8 for children 5 to 12 years old

Dates: March 4 to March 8
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m
Location: Meredith Centre (23 Cecil, Chelsea)
Before and After Care: Available from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m
Cost: $175

The program includes 1 hour of skating every day at the Meredith Centre Arena, Outdoor Activities, Arts & Crafts, Sports games and lots more. Guaranteed fun!

How to register?

1. In person at the Meredith Centre’s customer service counter

2. By mail: Fill out the registration form, the medical form and the picture form. Include a check for the full amount made payable to the Meredith Centre, 23 Cecil Road, Chelsea,QC, J9B 0A5. All forms will be available online at www.centremeredith.ca as of February 18!
